What is IMATIS Mobilix?

A communication system for improving workflow, mobility and collaboration in healthcare organizations. IMATIS® Mobilix helps healthcare organizations manage work processes and communications more efficiently. Nurse Call

Adding a nurse call gateway to IMATIS Mobilix enables the delivery of secondary alerts and event notifications to clinicians, which allows the clinicians to better meet the needs of their patients. Patient alarms, activated via dedicated by pull cords or push buttons, are sent through a nurse call adapter to the hospital communication system, . The system which applies pre-configured rules for routing the message to individual caregivers or other healthcare personnel. Different types of mobile messaging devices are supported, including IP- telephones, MCAs, PDAs, pagers, SMART Phones, iPad´s and mobile cellphones. The solution features Features included in the solution are delivery confirmation, read-receipt and acknowledgement (on selected devices), as well as support for different escalation mechanisms. Critical notifications can be broadcast to multiple recipients and visualized on the IMATIS Visi. The Nurse Call gateway also features the ability to perform one one-click call-backs, thereby establishing a two-way communication between patient and clinician.

Order Entry Alerts

Laboratory samples are vital to treatment the planning and evaluation of patient treatments. By integrating IMATIS systems with a Laboratory Information System (LIS) using a standard or customized adapter, STAT alerts from the lab can be sent out directly to the clinician’s clinician's mobile device, such as pagers, MCAs, PDAs and wireless phones.

Mobile Alerts

Best-of-breed facility systems and installations, such as fire alarms, security systems, elevators, pneumatic tubing, automatic guided vehicles etc., can be integrated and added to the total communication flow of IMATIS Mobilix. Integrating facility systems provides the opportunity to send maintenance and error messages to dedicated service personnel.
